Responsibilities:

  • Participate, monitor, and improve housing compliance through software and internal procedures.
  • Ensure housing compliance utilizing RealPage OneSite software.
  • Audit various facets of the rental process including movie-in/out, income verification, certifications, etc.
  • Provide compliance support for ownership, development, and property management personnel.
  • Review and respond to MOR, State Agency, and investor inspection reports.
  • Foster positive working relationships with community staff, regional managers, and compliance personnel.
  • Applicable housing programs include Project Based Section 8, RAD, LIHTC, and HOME programs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent follow-up skills via telephone and email correspondence.
  • Strong organization skills with a detail-oriented approach to document review.
  • Extensive experience in Section 8, IRS, state agency, Fair Housing, LIHTC, and HOME Financing.
  • Strong computer literacy skills are essential to this position including Extensive experience with RealPage OneSite.
  • Proficiency with Paycom software and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
  • Housing Credit Certified Professional certification a plus.
  • Must adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws.
