This is a full-time, remote position designed to ensure a flexible work-life balance. The team operates within a robust community health clinic framework, using telehealth technologies to effectively reach clients. Our remote setting allows you to interact with a diverse client population while catering to their mental health needs from the comfort of your own space. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate each client's mental health concerns, enabling the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique needs, ensuring that their therapy is aligned with both clinical best practices and personal goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to engage and support clients effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create a holistic care approach that enhances client outcomes.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families, fostering a collaborative recovery environment that encourages understanding and active participation in the mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with health regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the care provided and client progress.

At Motion Pro Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A current and valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; a master’s or doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.
• An understanding of evidence-based practices tailored to treat various mental health disorders with an emphasis on practical application.
• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills that facilitate rapport building and active client engagement throughout their recovery.
• Strong communication abilities to ensure effective collaboration within a treatment team setting.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote client engagement practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community-based mental health resources and referral systems in Washington State.
• Proven ability in facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions with measurable client outcomes.

• Attractive salary range of USD 60,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
