Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Licensure: Candidates must hold a current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment practices.
