• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, during individual and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals based on client progress and feedback.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly while adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development events and training sessions to enhance clinical skills, staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment.

The clients you will work with range from adolescents to adults facing varied challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. • Understanding of addiction treatment methodologies and initiatives aimed at supporting long-term sobriety.

• A competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
