Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

Lead Management: Efficiently manage incoming leads and convert them into clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate mortgage solutions.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in inside sales in the mortgage industry preferred..
  • Licensing: Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience with inbound leads, if you are self-sourced this is not the best fit
  • Customer-Oriented: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and online meeting tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
