Responsibilities may include analyzing data, identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and taking necessary actions without being physically present.

What are the typical daily responsibilities in remote monitoring?

In a Remote Monitoring position, your daily tasks usually involve overseeing system dashboards, analyzing alerts or data feeds, and responding to incidents as they arise. You may also be responsible for generating routine reports, documenting anomalies, and coordinating with on-site teams or technical support staff to resolve issues. Job description

Mallory Portraits | Fully Remote - All US| Full-Time, M-F
About

Mallory Portraits is a luxury portrait studio in Portsmouth, NH. We're hiring outbound phone sales closers to book our studio calendar from a steady flow of warm leads.

Compensation

Base hourly plus tiered performance bonuses (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly):

  • Most bookers earn $66,500-$84,500 once they hit their rhythm
  • Top performers exceed $100K+
  • Surprise spiffs and team bonuses throughout the year

Benefits (after 60 days)

  • Internet reimbursement
  • Paid time off - 80 hours
  • Paid volunteer time - 2 days (16 hours)
  • Healthcare stipend - $250
  • Holiday Pay - 5 days of studio closure - if applicable
  • 3 holidays paid at time and a half - if applicable

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of high-volume outbound phone sales, appointment setting, or booking specialist experience
  • 100+ dials per day with weekly or monthly quotas
  • Proven one-call closing ability
  • You get the deposit on the first call, not the fifth
  • A track record you can name in numbers: close rates, conversion rates, show rates, bookings per week
  • A warm, confident phone sales voice that holds up at call 80 when call 30 was a tough one
  • Comfort following a sales script and being coached
  • Reliable remote work setup: hard-wired internet with backup, dedicated home office, corded headset, dual monitors
  • Adjacent-industries: pre-need funeral, dental/med-spa treatment coordinators, enrollment/admissions advisors, home-services inside sales, BDC, time-share

How we sell

One-call close model. Every call ends with a booked session and deposit, or it's the next call. Warm leads, real objections, and voicemails handled in real time. Top performers book 30+ sessions per week.

Training

One week of paid remote training including video training, live shadowing one of our top closers, systems, script, and objection drills. Week 2 you're live on the phones with your manager coaching in real time.

This role is probably not a fit if

  • Your sales process relies on follow-up calls, nurture sequences, or multi-touch cycles
  • Your recent sales work has been consultative, relationship-based, or inbound only
  • You haven't carried a quota in the last year
  • High-volume repetition drains you rather than energizes you

The best phone closers on our team have something in common: they believe that what we do matters. A Mallory Portraits portrait experience becomes a family heirloom that outlives all of us. If you want to sell something that makes a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.
