Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Mississippi
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Mississippi. This position involves working with individuals, couples, and families through secure telehealth sessions to address relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, anxiety, grief, and major life changes. The work includes completing assessments, creating treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, and helping clients build healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives.
Location: Mississippi
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete intakes and assess client needs, symptoms, and relationship dynamics
  • Develop treatment plans with clear goals and practical next steps
  • Support clients with marital stress, parenting concerns, anxiety, grief, communication issues, and family conflict
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
  • Review client progress and update care plans when appropriate
  • Follow HIPAA, telehealth, ethical, and Mississippi licensing standards

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
  • Active LMFT license in Mississippi in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy to couples, families, individuals, or relational systems
