• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans rooted in best practices, utilizing telehealth tools to engage effectively with clients.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to meet the unique needs of each client in a virtual setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through virtual meetings to enhance the quality of care offered.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, leveraging video conferencing technology to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
