This full-time position offers a remote work setting that allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured approach to client care. As part of our outpatient services, you will have access to advanced telehealth technologies that facilitate effective virtual counseling sessions. • Establish and maintain a positive therapeutic rapport with clients, fostering a sense of trust and safety.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans that address unique client needs.
• Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each session's goals.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery and well-being.
• Provide clinical consultations and referrals for clients to specialized professionals when additional support is required.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with best practices in therapy and mental health advancements.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base comprising individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related issues. The holistic approach at Thrive Horizons Wellness emphasizes family dynamics and relationships, ensuring that all therapeutic interventions consider the broader context of each client’s life experience.

• Must have a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Strong foundation in clinical practices, with the ability to create evidence-based treatment plans and interventions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Prior experience in addiction counseling or working with clients facing co-occurring disorders is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems theory.
• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is advantageous.

Thrive Horizons Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
