Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, which provides flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing tailored treatment plans to address each client's specific needs.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to facilitate clients' progress towards their mental health goals.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with case managers, family members, and multidisciplinary team members to promote coordinated client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, particularly those affected by addiction. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
  • Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong understanding of family therapy principles, community resources, and mental health documentation practices.
  • Experience in crafting detailed diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective therapy and team collaboration.
  • Ability to model and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with organizational policies.
