• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment strategies based on their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions via telehealth, providing evidence-based treatment for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues.
• Collaborate with clients to establish client-centered treatment plans, setting measurable goals and utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing urgent mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and stability.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, coping strategies, and local community resources to promote holistic well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, consistently adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, including informed consent practices and client confidentiality, while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and competence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients and facilitate referrals as necessary.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing outpatient therapy services.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in delivering therapy effectively through remote means.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A strong ethical foundation coupled with a dedication to ongoing professional development and cultural awareness.

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health diagnoses.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
