In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting compassionate, ethical individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, tailored to each client’s needs.
• Employing solution-oriented treatment modalities to facilitate client engagement and progress.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that chart clear goals and strategies for client outcomes.
• Assessing client needs and monitoring their progress, adjusting plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Assisting clients in developing insights related to their emotional experiences, relationships, and coping strategies.
• Actively participating in team meetings to discuss client cases and share best practices.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present a varied range of mental health needs. Your expertise will help these clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. By helping individuals uncover their coping mechanisms and personal insights, you contribute significantly to enhancing their quality of life.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possess an active, full license to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limited/provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions on record.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate proficient computer literacy essential for navigating telehealth platforms.

While required qualifications are vital, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Prior experience working in outpatient settings or through telehealth platforms.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities related to the needs of our client base.
• A background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we offer the following benefits:
