Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • An active and unrestricted LMFT license is required.
  • Availability to provide a minimum of 5โ€“10 hours of service per week during after-school hours, ideally from 4โ€“7 PM, with additional flexibility on weekends preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency in positive behavior support principles.
  • Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese would be beneficial to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Possessing a valid driverโ€™s license and access to a registered vehicle for conducting home visits.
  • Successful completion of a background check, including fingerprinting.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working directly with children and adolescents who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • A demonstrated capability in facilitating therapeutic interventions, especially in home settings.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
