• Conduct weekly therapy sessions with adult clients, employing evidence-based methodologies to track their emotional and psychological growth.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement tools to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust care strategies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings for ongoing support, peer consultation, and sharing of best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Your primary focus will be individual adult clients grappling with a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Through a compassionate approach, you will help them navigate their personal journeys towards healing and self-discovery, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to adapt to each client's distinct needs.

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in California, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered. Previous disciplinary actions may disqualify candidates.
• Proven skills in making sound professional evaluations, treatment recommendations, and planning implementation.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a genuine empathetic demeanor are crucial for success in this role.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth technologies are essential.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy or working within a virtual counseling environment will be preferred. Familiarity with therapeutic tools and assessment instruments enhances your fit for our team. Previous experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is also advantageous.
