• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using telehealth platforms to evaluate patients' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practice.
• Apply a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client in the remote setting.
• Document all clinical notes accurately and efficiently, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals—such as psychiatrists and psychologists—through virtual meetings, ensuring comprehensive care for each patient.
• Engage in routine case consultations and peer review sessions leveraging video conferencing technology to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Provide educational resources to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, fostering understanding and access to community resources.
• Remain current with emerging research and advancements in mental health through online learning opportunities, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

The therapist in this role will work closely with a diverse array of clients, helping individuals and families navigate a variety of mental health challenges. Our patient population includes children, adolescents, and adults, each requiring tailored therapeutic strategies that embrace cultural sensitivity and an understanding of social determinants of health.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating expertise in delivering high-quality psychotherapy services.
• Proficient in solution-focused therapy techniques that can be adapted to a remote therapy model.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing therapeutic rapport in a virtual context.
