A Brief Overview
As a member of the Benefits Core Services team, the Associate Benefits Support Services Analyst provides benefits expertise and the administration of TriNet's benefits offerings to TriNet customers, WSEs and internal TriNet teams. They collaborate with all our internal teams to assess benefit inquiries and research, perform root cause analysis, and determine resolution for the best outcome for both TriNet and the customer. 
What you will do

  • Assists internal and external clients and worksite employees with general benefits inquiries via phone, chat, email or case, regarding benefits enrollment processes, regulatory and compliance, and navigation to available resources such as reports and plan details
  • Performs initial research for cases, documents appropriately and resolves low to mid-level complexity daily tasks, escalating to other internal expertise as appropriate
  • Performs administrative tasks including but not limited to routing of SalesForce and Perceptive Content items
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred 

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically < 2 years General benefits knowledge preferred 

Skills and Abilities

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including but not limited to Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbal (Intermediate proficiency)

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $24.81 to $37.21. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company's discretion. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
