Job Title: Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer
Primary Location: Remote
Position Type: Direct Hire

Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer. This is a Direct Hire role, fully remote. This position exists to provide technical leadership and hands-on development for a growing Identity & Access Management program, architecting and maintaining IAM solutions that support enterprise-wide security and compliance needs.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

  • BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as an IAM developer/engineer
  • 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience
  • 5+ years of programming experience in Java/Java EE, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Python, Perl, PHP, or Ruby
  • Experience with HIPAA, NIST, FERPA, and SOX preferred

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Architect, design, and develop IAM technical solutions that meet business needs
  • Evaluate system capacity and performance issues, diagnosing and repairing failures as they arise
  • Document technical solutions including specifications, models, diagrams, and other required documentation
  • Support production applications and environments 24/7, including on-call problem resolution
  • Collaborate with the broader IAM team to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions
  • Serve as a technical expert and mentor, reviewing business requirements and proposed technical solutions
  • Work hands-on with technologies such as LDAP, SSO (Shibboleth/OpenID Connect), Active Directory, and cloud IAM platforms (Azure, Okta, OneLogin, Oracle Identity Manager)

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $130-150k per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
