The Opportunity
As a dedicated Senior Decision Science Analyst, you will be integral to optimizing underwriting strategies within the personal lines Property & Casualty business. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end process of acquiring, synthesizing, and analyzing complex data sets. Insights will directly inform critical business decisions related to risk precision, risk sharing, risk mitigation, and risk acceptability, ultimately driving profitable growth and enhanced member protection.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa, FL, or Chesapeake, VA.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $114,080 - $218,030.
