A typical party consists of you showing up early and joining the server and a zoom call. Then as children and their parents' sign on you welcome them and help them troubleshoot any technical issues they may have. Then it is time to get excited and lead the group through one of our signature Minecraft experiences and let the celebration begin.
You ensure that all the attendees have a great time and allow the parents to relax as they can trust that they provided another fun memorable Birthday Party for their loved one.
About you:
You are awesome with children.
You know how to get them excited and having fun. You also know how to talk with them in ways that get them to listen. You know how to handle a situation where someone starts to act out.

A child's birthday is a huge event. We take them very seriously. If you are scheduled for a party and a tree falls and takes out your internet. You are on the phone with our team, racing to your friend's place who still has WIFI and making sure every party starts on time.
You are ready for remote work.
You have a PC computer (or run parallels on your Mac) that runs Minecraft Bedrock. You are 18 or over. You have good internet (30mbps+). You have a good webcam and have a quiet place you can work from. You can work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
