Position Summary

Its Mine Movement, Inc. (IMM) is seeking an experienced and supportive Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical supervision to Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) who are working toward meeting Pennsylvania's requirements for LCSW licensure.

The LCSW Clinical Supervisor will provide structured supervision, professional mentorship, case consultation, and clinical guidance while helping supervisees strengthen their skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, ethics, boundaries, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.

This position is ideal for an LCSW who enjoys mentoring, developing clinicians, and helping social workers grow into confident, ethical, independently licensed professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide regularly scheduled individual and/or group clinical supervision to assigned LSWs.
• Provide supervision in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania licensure requirements and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate supervision records, including dates, duration, topics discussed, and supervision hours completed.
• Review and sign required supervision documentation and verification forms when appropriate.
• Provide case consultation regarding assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, interventions, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
• Support supervisees in developing strong clinical judgment and evidence-based treatment skills.
• Provide guidance regarding ethical dilemmas, professional boundaries, confidentiality, mandated reporting, and risk management.
• Assist clinicians with managing complex cases, crisis situations, and appropriate referrals or escalation of care.
• Review clinical documentation as needed and provide feedback regarding quality, medical necessity, compliance, and professional standards.
• Support the development of trauma-informed and culturally responsive clinical practices.
• Identify areas where additional training, education, or professional development may be beneficial.
• Provide constructive feedback and establish professional development goals with each supervisee.
• Communicate significant clinical, ethical, documentation, or performance concerns to IMM leadership when appropriate.
• Foster a supportive supervision environment where clinicians can openly discuss challenges, professional growth, and clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current and active Pennsylvania LCSW license in good standing.
• Meets Pennsylvania requirements to provide clinical supervision toward LCSW licensure.
• Strong knowledge of clinical social work practice, ethics, documentation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and behavioral health standards.
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services.
• Experience working with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, interpersonal violence, and other behavioral health concerns preferred.
• Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
