We are seeking a Millwork Drafting Submittals Manager for our Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA.
What You Will Do:
- Own the submittal process from scope release through client approval
- Plan and assign drafting work across internal team and external partners
- Review drawings for buildability, clarity, and completeness
- Ensure drawings reflect scope and avoid unnecessary complexity
- Translate inconsistent architectural inputs into consistent outputs
- Coordinate with Project Managers on submittal schedules
- Identify ambiguities or incomplete information and drive resolution
- Develop and apply preferred build methods to common conditions
- Step in as a drafting/design resource when needed
What you will need to be successful:
- Strong experience in architectural millwork, casework, or custom fabrication
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications with clarity
- Advanced AutoCAD (or similar) proficiency
- Ability to develop practical, buildable solutions - not just replicate drawings
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions and move work forward
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, variable environment that requires adaptability
- Experience with Innergy preferred
- Experience working with outsourced drafting resources preferred
- Design-build or high variability project experience preferred
