As a BAIFI Sales Partner, you will represent a high-ticket cybersecurity and infrastructure monitoring platform structured across multiple operational tiers for:

Your role is focused on:

Compensation Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

There is:
• NO hourly pay
• NO guaranteed salary

Commission Structure

First 2 Verified Clients Closed Within Your First 30 Days:
• 30% commission on successfully paid contracts during Months 1–6 for those accounts

3rd Client and Beyond:
• 20% recurring monthly commission during Months 1–6 on all additional verified paying accounts

Month 7 and Beyond:
• 2% ongoing monthly account maintenance residual on active retained accounts

Verified clients must:
• complete onboarding
• execute agreements
• successfully clear billing cycles
• remain active and in good standing

PERFORMANCE BONUS STRUCTURE

20 Verified Paying Clients:
• $5,000 Performance Bonus

40 Verified Paying Clients:
• $12,500 Performance Bonus
• Eligibility for Senior Territory Growth Consideration

60 Verified Paying Clients:
• $25,000 Performance Bonus
• Eligibility for Expanded Leadership & Revenue Participation Opportunities

LONG-TERM GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Independent contractors who successfully generate and maintain 20+ verified paying client accounts within approximately their first 6 months may become eligible for expanded long-term internal opportunities, including potential transition pathways into structured salaried company roles plus ongoing commission participation.

Eligible long-term structures may include:
• W-2 transition opportunities

• ongoing 5% commission participation

Lead Generation & Prospecting Structure

During the initial onboarding phase, contractors are permitted to independently source and prospect their own leads.

In addition, BAIFI is currently finalizing integration of an internal Lead Generation & Regional Targeting System that will provide approved contractors with targeted lead sheets organized by active industries and regional business sectors.

These lead sheets may include sectors such as:
• healthcare
• logistics
• education
• legal services
• commercial infrastructure
• private business networks

This hybrid structure allows contractors to:
• independently generate their own leads
• utilize company-generated targeting opportunities
• expand outreach pipelines more efficiently
• focus heavily on relationship building and client acquisition
