THE TRANSFORMATION STARTS WITH ONE DECISION


The Role: Evening & Weekend Sales Director at The Investor's Edge


What You'll Do: Close high-ticket real estate investment programs over phone and Zoom. Handle pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls from people who are already interested. Work evenings and weekends (rotating 3-week scheduleyou'll work 2 out of every 3 weekends).


What You'll Earn: $36,000 base salary + uncapped commissions. Our current Directors consistently earn $100K-$150K+. Top performers exceed $129K annually. Add just 2 more live-transfer calls per day and you could increase your annual income by $12K-$18K.


Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.


When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.


What You'll Need: 2+ years of B2C high-ticket phone sales experience. Proven track record closing $3K+ programs. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce). Employment stability (3 or fewer jobs in the past 5 years). Self-motivated, coachable, and ethical.
