As a part of our telehealth facility, you will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including video conferencing software and secure communication tools, ensuring that you can connect effectively and efficiently with clients from various backgrounds representing diverse experiences and challenges.

• Conduct individualized online counseling sessions, focusing on thorough assessments and personalized treatment plans to address clients' unique mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in navigating life's challenges and achieving emotional balance.
• Monitor and document client progression through case management and progress notes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
• Engage in regular consultations with your colleagues and participate in team workshops to refine treatment approaches and improve our telehealth platform.
• Act as an advocate for mental health awareness, providing educational resources and coping strategies both within and outside session times.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or the ability to obtain such licensure.
• At least two years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, demonstrating a solid grasp of appropriate clinical strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients of varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within our team and clear articulation of treatment plans to clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling tools is highly desirable.
• Specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in community outreach or public speaking engagements to promote mental health awareness.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
