    About the Job
    Client Value is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to build and manage high-quality CRM and transactional campaigns (Email, SMS, Push) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires full-stack development expertise within Marketing Cloud, including dynamic content creation, data manipulation, advanced segmentation, and campaign analytics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer experiences and support the transition to modern marketing technologies.
    Responsibilities
    • Develop emails, templates, interactive forms, and dynamic content blocks using Content Builder.
    • Build and optimize customer journeys in Journey Builder.
    • Create and manage automations (SQL queries, file transfers, data extracts) in Automation Studio.
    • Develop cloud pages in Web Studio and support REST/SOAP API testing using Postman.
    • Build and test transactional payloads and notification journeys across environments (UAT, STAGE, PROD).
    • Create SMS definition keys and dynamic email templates using HTML/CSS.
    • Guide offshore teams on development, QA, and testing.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Developer Cloud (SFDC).
    • Collaborate with engineering teams and support broader SFMC campaigns and initiatives.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
    • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript coding (without WYSIWYG tools).
    • Deep understanding of SFMC components: data extensions, data designer, subscriber imports, and segmentation.
    • Experience with transactional messaging and automation workflows.
    • Strong SQL skills and ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • CCNA or CCNP certifications.
    • Experience with Nokia SR-OS devices and network virtualization.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (VMware, OpenStack, AWS, Azure).
    • Knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, React.js, REST, MongoDB, Python, MySQL, Postgres.
    • Experience with UI design and cross-platform development.
    • Strong project management and documentation skills.

    Education/Certifications
