Evolve Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. • Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing rapport, trust, and professional boundaries that promote effective therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to assess stability, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and determine appropriate discharge timing as necessary.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around the unique needs and goals of each client, leveraging best practices in mental health care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to comply with organizational standards and ensure coordinated care.
• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs accurately at the beginning of their treatment journey.
• Conduct a specified number of individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients through their challenges.
• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and accountability in service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, promoting improved patient outcomes.

The LPC in this role will work with a diverse array of clients who present with varying mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. Our focus is on delivering person-centered care that fosters healing and growth, utilizing strategies that meet clients where they are in their wellness journeys.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure, enabling independent practice without supervision.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation, showcasing the ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with technology, including expertise with various systems such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a breadth of clinical and therapeutic skill.
• Competent in conducting thorough intake assessments to inform treatment planning and client support.

• Previous telehealth experience is an asset, as it contributes to familiarization with virtual care protocols and engagement strategies.
• Skills in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded and enhance the effectiveness of client interventions.

• An annual salary between USD 75,000 and 90,000, reflective of experience and performance.
