We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support & Sales Representatives. In this role, you will communicate with prospective and existing clients who have requested information about our products and services. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, providing information, following up with customers, maintaining accurate records, and guiding customers through the sales process while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, text message, and virtual meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and assist in recommending appropriate solutions.
