Reporting to the AVP, Business Intelligence, this position contributes to the development and delivery of reporting and corresponding data delivery. This role requires strong technical skills and analytical capabilities along with knowledge in data analysis, with a focus on reporting and analytics. The position is responsible for identifying/analyzing business requirements for reporting, preparing ad-hoc analytical queries, and participating in the development of the assigned requirements. Additionally, this role is responsible for system and user acceptance testing, designing and maintaining operational and analytical reporting, and identifying opportunities for process and reporting improvement.

This position partners with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions using Power BI.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)
  • Prior experience with data export/ import, data transformation, and data delivery preferred
  • Familiarity with the Loan Servicing industry is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of business leaders to define data requests and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to create and produce reports, data extracts, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL Server programming skills preferred
  • Experience utilizing Power BI, preferred
  • Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation
