Micro Precision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role involves working with various clients, focusing on improving mental health through effective therapy practices. You will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

  • Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring consistent engagement through both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Document treatment plans, case notes, and progress reports in accordance with company policies, using electronic health record systems to streamline documentation.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to meet client goals, employing techniques rooted in evidence-based practices.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and heard throughout their therapeutic journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will cater to a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and addiction. Qualifications
