Job description

๐ŸŽฅ Creator Partnerships Manager WANTED

๐Ÿ“ Location: hybrid (if LA based) or remote
๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation: $65โ€“85k/year

โญ The Role

We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to power the sourcing and logistics engine behind TubeScience's growing creator network. You'll work closely with Creator Leads (who drive the execution of creator-led content) to understand what their needs are in a creator (demographics, content style, brand fit) and go find it: scouting talent, negotiating rates and contracts, running onboarding, and managing the technical setup that gets creator accounts live as paid media.

This role is ideal for someone who's resourceful, fast, and thrives on the operational and business management side of the creator economy.

๐Ÿ’ผ What You'll Do
  • Source and grow the talent pipeline. Recruit creators against briefs from Creator Leads, and proactively scout new talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms so we always have depth and diversity on tap.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts. Close deals that work for both sides and stay within budget.
  • Run onboarding logistics. Contracts, payment setup coordination, and scheduling โ€” in partnership with Creator Leads and the production team.
  • Own whitelisting and ad account access. Connect creator accounts in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Spark Ads, and other platforms so content can run as paid media.
  • Maintain the talent database. Track creator specialties, rates, availability, demographics, and past performance so the team always knows who's available and who's delivered.
  • Keep contracts, payments, and disclosures compliant. Nothing slips through the cracks on paperwork or FTC disclosure requirements.

๐Ÿ”‘ Who You Are
  • 3+ years in creator sourcing, talent recruitment, influencer marketing, casting, or a similar talent pipeline role.
  • A strong eye for talent โ€” you can quickly tell whether a creator's content, presence, and audience fit what we need.
  • A skilled negotiator who closes deals efficiently while keeping relationships positive.
  • Organized enough to run dozens of creator relationships, contracts, and onboarding tasks at once without dropping anything โ€” including the technical side (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Spark Ads, whitelisting workflows, creator management platforms), which you've either used or can pick up fast.
  • Fluent in digital content culture โ€” you know what good content looks like and where to find the people who make it.

๐Ÿ“ Remote-friendly, but must overlap with LA business hours and be available for occasional trips to LA.

โœจ Nice to Have
  • Experience using creator/influencer platforms (Aspire, GRIN, CreatorIQ, TikTok Creator Marketplace)
  • Background at a creator management agency, MCN, or talent representation firm
  • Experience with Meta and TikTok whitelisting/Spark Ads workflows specifically
  • Existing network of micro- and mid-tier creators you can tap into
  • Familiarity with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements

โญ Why TubeScience

You'll build TubeScience's talent strategy from the ground up as we transition into a full-stack performance platform โ€” working directly with leadership to define what great creator partnerships look like at scale. If you love working with creators, have a knack for spotting talent, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, this role is for you.
