• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through our secure online platform, tailored to their unique circumstances and challenges.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing clients' mental health concerns and promoting their well-being.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their therapy journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect ongoing developments and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with privacy laws and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to client needs.
• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and legal statutes relevant to mental health practice.

The primary clients you will serve include individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your expertise as an LMFT will enable you to provide nuanced and effective interventions tailored to enhance family dynamics and improve individual well-being.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities suitable for family and relationship therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and documentation.
• Proficient in utilizing technology to conduct remote therapy sessions seamlessly.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking skills while being a collaborative team member.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual and family therapy in a clinical setting.
• Experience with telehealth services and online therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Background in community mental health, particularly within underserved populations, is highly valued.

The position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
