• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health histories and current challenges, which will guide the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring progress while adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Deliver teletherapy solutions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote sessions, thus eliminating barriers to accessing mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical standards and enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including attending workshops, conferences, and training to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy.

As an LMFT, you will work closely with clients of all ages and backgrounds, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate their healing journey. • Active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrable empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients’ individual experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing for effective caseload administration and timely completion of administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic setting or private practice is preferred, with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with addiction recovery clients and providing family therapy services would be a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and their best practices is advantageous.
