• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental health improvement.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, gaining deeper insights into their thoughts and relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them define personal goals and providing necessary support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Evaluate the mental health conditions of clients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans utilizing your clinical expertise and a solution-focused approach.

Our clientele primarily consists of stable adults with low acuity issues, allowing for therapeutic engagements that focus on personal growth and goal attainment rather than immediate crisis intervention. Clients arrive with various concerns, necessitating a thoughtful and strategic approach to counseling, and our therapists play an integral role in guiding them toward enhanced well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license issued by a state board; please note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional assessments and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate approach.
• High level of computer literacy, comfortable using digital platforms for counseling and client management.

We require a minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting. Familiarity with telehealth technologies is highly advantageous as it enables a smoother integration into our digital practice framework.
