• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify students' socio-emotional needs and to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are age-appropriate and culturally sensitive, including individual counseling and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain precise, confidential, and timely clinical records utilizing our digital management system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive support strategies.
• Provide educational workshops and trainings for teachers, staff, and families on mental health awareness and effective communication strategies.
• Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health to continuously enhance service delivery.

The primary focus of this position is on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. Our LCSW will address a diverse array of mental health challenges faced by students, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. This role allows you to work with students from various backgrounds, affirming your skills in culturally competent practice.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based practices relevant to child and adolescent mental health.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with students, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• At least two years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with school-aged children.
• Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations affecting mental health services within schools.
