Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status, psychosocial needs, and treatment readiness, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized throughout the assessment process.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both mental health concerns and any co-occurring disorders. You will continually monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to improve treatment efficacy.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), to support clients in developing coping strategies and personal growth.

Qualifications
