• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patients’ mental health and substance use challenges, developing individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to facilitate behavioral changes and emotional healing.

• Document all clinical activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to provide cohesive and effective care for patients.

• Energize the healing process by providing education and practical support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of recovery.

• Stay informed about current research trends and advancements in mental health practices, attending relevant training sessions and professional development workshops.

The detox center caters to a diverse array of patients seeking assistance with substance dependency and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your role as an LCSW will directly contribute to enhancing their recovery experience by adopting compassionate, person-centered care that respects their backgrounds and individual stories.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and their application in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and team members.

While a direct background in addiction counseling is preferred, any previous experience in outpatient or inpatient mental health and substance use treatment settings will be considered an asset. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies is a plus, as these technologies are central to our operational model.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
