Customer Experience Specialist

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, helping them navigate product questions, order inquiries, service concerns, charging options, and other ownership-related needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email channels
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for current and future vehicle offerings and related services
  • Answer customer questions regarding vehicle features, specifications, reservations, orders, dealerships, service, charging options, and recalls
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
