Job description

Looking for an opportunity to work part-time hours in Customer Service - remote? Experienced in handling facilities service requests or property management work orders? Then this is the job for you! 20 Hour a week Customer Service opening either working remote or call center offices in St. Louis, MO. Position will begin as temporary but hire for long-term employment. This is a great opportunity to work for a highly reputable commercial property and facilities management team. Company will provide equipment if working remote. Shift is: Monday and Tuesday 6:30-8:30 pm pst, Sundays: 12:30pm-8:30pm pst.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking incoming orders via phone or email
  • Inputting requests and data into CMS system
  • Following up with customers on prior input orders to ensure satisfactory completion
  • Communicating with internal team to ensure proper resolution is scheduled and moving forward
  • Contacting technicians for various facilities issues
  • Relying concerns from customers to technicians (must be familiar with facility related issues in order to resolve this)
  • Following up with teams to inform of outstanding items needing addressing at close of shift
  • Performing data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Following protocol on facilities related items
  • Ability to manage between MS Software and CSM database


Special Skills:

  • Ability to work well with others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong follow up skills


Must Have:

  • 2+ years in customer service representative (Call center/Work Order) experience
  • Must be able to work the part-time hours
  • Strong MS Office product experience
  • Solid Data Entry skills
