Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote (Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone)

Preferred Availability: Monday -Friday 8/hr shift between 8am- 8pm EST( weekends may be required )

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers through a high-volume inbound call environment. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, assisting with service inquiries, billing questions, account updates, and issue resolution while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, billing questions, account maintenance, and transactions.

  • Document customer interactions and updates accurately.

  • 2–4 years of recent call center or customer service experience required.
  • Previous remote work experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
