  • Prior experience in the areas of customer analytics, audience insight, campaign management or measurement strategy.
  • Prior experience or a role designing, developing, or executing CDP use cases to solve high quality customer experience requirements
  • Exceptional ability to create business and technical documents that communicate data strategy outcomes and drive consensus with senior level clients and stakeholders

Specific project or industry experience be required:
  • Prior experience and a role within OR supporting Martech teams using platforms such as Tealium iQ, ES, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager
  • Prior experience in the areas of customer analytics, audience insight, campaign management or measurement strategy.
  • Prior experience or a role designing, developing, or executing CDP use cases to solve high quality customer experience requirements

Detailed Job Description:
The Marketing Technology (Martech) Architect is responsible for design, delivery and executing marketing solutions for our partners. This client-facing role requires superior communication while working closely with the core engineering team to build the strong foundation in marketing technologies. This role will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. Person should have good experience in leading large scale implementations end-to-end. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage all technical aspects of digital Marketing efforts; recommend and build appropriate marketing tech stack
  • Create, implement and test technical and business processes and procedures for client-facing documentation
  • Participate in discussions with governance/IT teams and provides a strong voice on critical decisions including technical debt resolution
  • Ensures application implementation solutions support the business objectives as appropriate
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in digital marketing

Job Requirement
  • 4-6 years' experience in architect roles for various marketing initiatives
  • Tealium iQ or event stream certifications preferred, but not required
  • Expert knowledge of Tag management concepts and best practices
  • Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
