• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients, focusing on tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at their specific needs. Documentation of these sessions must be precise, timely, and in compliance with agency and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to create and update comprehensive patient treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Engage in unit programming by assisting in training and development to enhance therapeutic approaches and interventions used within the clinic.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and conferences aimed at improving patient recovery outcomes while ensuring effective communication with colleagues and medical professionals.

In this role, you will work with a broad range of clients, including those experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• A solid foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Strong grasp of psychopharmacology, along with effective collaboration skills for working with psychiatrists and other medical specialists.

• Demonstrated success in delivering outcomes for patients dealing with mood disorders and related mental health issues.
