About You

You are a conversion operator and a merchant. You have scaled a D2C brand from early traction to real revenue by building funnels that convert, merchandising offers that sell, and optimizing both relentlessly. You live in the numbers: CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, LTV. You know how to turn paid traffic into buyers and buyers into subscribers, and you know that how you merchandise the product, the bundle, the stack, and the offer is half the battle. You have run the full funnel across telehealth, OTC, and health and wellness, from ad click to landing page to checkout to retention. You test constantly, you read the data yourself, and you move fast. You care about the brand and protect it, but your bias is conversion. You can hold both: premium brand and hard performance. You want ownership of the conversion side of the business and the room to prove what you can do.

  • Audit the customer journey and identify the highest-impact conversion and AOV opportunities.
  • Launch improvements across checkout, merchandising, bundles, and upsells that drive measurable results.
  • Own merchandising, pricing, promotions, and product assortment decisions.
  • Build a roadmap for subscription growth, retention, and customer experience.
  • scription revenue and improve new customer ROAS toward 2.0.

Within 6 months

  • Improve top-of-funnel conversion through continuous optimization.
  • Increase average order value while maintaining healthy conversion rates.
  • Sustain strong subscription attachment across eligible purchases.
  • Implement an ongoing experimentation and optimization program.

Over 12 months

  • Build toward a healthy and sustainable LTV-to-CAC relationship.
  • Drive meaningful conversion improvements through mobile and checkout optimization.
  • Continue growing average order value without sacrificing conversion performance.
  • Expand subscription adoption and strengthen long-term customer retention.

You Bring

  • 7+ years of ecommerce experience, including 3+ years owning a Shopify storefront in a high-growth DTC business.
  • A proven track record of scaling a DTC brand from early traction to meaningful revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization, with success improving conversion, AOV, and revenue through testing, merchandising, pricing, and checkout optimization.
  • Strong merchant instincts with experience managing product catalogs, bundles, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Hands-on ownership of the Shopify ecosystem, ecommerce technology stack, and commercial performance (P&L).
  • Experience growing subscription businesses by improving attach rate, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Experience in telehealth, OTC, wellness, or other regulated consumer categories is a plus.
