Title: Agile Project Manager (2 Positions)
Location: Remote with regular meetings at Ft. Belvoir, VA
Delivers multiple Agile projects and removes blockers using appropriate Agile project management methodology. Defines roadmaps with product owners and translates requirements into user stories. Prioritizes user stories within product backlogs and manages multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
POSITION DUTIES
  • Lead and manage multiple Agile projects through delivery and execution.
  • Work with Product Owners to define product roadmaps and translate requirements into user stories.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with mission needs.
  • Remove blockers and support teams in achieving sprint goals.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across stakeholders.
  • Support testing and validation activities to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Track project status, metrics, and delivery outcomes and report to leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Must hold Active Secret Cleranc
  • Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers
  • Experience defining roadmaps and translating requirements into user stories
  • Experience prioritizing user stories within a product backlog
  • Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience with testing to ensure quality levels are achieved
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Certified PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent
