• Conduct virtual therapy sessions through our secure online platform, using techniques tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

You will work primarily with individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences and perspectives. Your role will significantly impact their healing journeys and overall mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• A current, active state licensure in good standing as a mental health therapist, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience facilitating individual therapy sessions.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to deliver therapy and maintain client engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients.
• A self-directed approach, with the ability to efficiently work independently while collaborating as part of a remote team.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic setting is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
