This full-time position is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients across various locations. • Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, ensuring each session is tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and more.
• Facilitate both one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster growth and resilience among clients.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and a comprehensive support system for clients.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development activities to stay informed about the latest practices in mental health counseling.
• Contribute actively to team meetings, providing insights and suggestions aimed at enhancing service delivery and program effectiveness.

Your clients will include individuals from varied backgrounds who face numerous mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients of all ages who seek to improve their emotional and psychological well-being. • A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health professional.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with clients.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems enhances the efficiency of client documentation and record-keeping.
• Demonstrated experience in group therapy facilitation and crisis intervention techniques would be advantageous.
