• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique mental health needs, ensuring that all relevant clinical documentation is completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluations, adhering to established protocols and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatric staff and institutional personnel, to deliver integrated care solutions and maintain the well-being of clients.
• Engage in regular staff meetings and training programs to continuously enhance your clinical skills and contribute to program development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical services through active participation in the Quality Improvement program, ensuring accountability for the care provided and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is essential, with a commitment to staying current on licensure requirements and supervision guidelines.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in mental health services, including proficiency in crisis management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic modalities, psychological assessment techniques, and treatment planning for various mental health disorders.

• Previous experience working within a telehealth setting and familiarity with relevant technologies.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions and providing family therapy.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
