• Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely using our online platform.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their personal goals.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
• Remain updated on best practices in teletherapy and continuously improve therapeutic techniques.

You will work with a diverse client population seeking support for various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through difficult experiences and helping them to develop coping strategies and resilience. By providing them with effective tools and techniques, you will contribute to their overall well-being and personal development.

• At minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Experience providing individual therapy, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms to conduct sessions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients quickly.
• The ability to work independently while being an active team member committed to collaborative care.
