A-Line Staffing is actively searching for Multiple HYBRID Pharmacy Techs/Prior Authorization reps for a major healthcare company located in the Cary, NC surrounding area. This is an exciting opportunity with a client that is looking to move fast for the right candidate.

Purpose
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for performing intake activities and functions in accordance
with company policies and procedures to assist in the flow of dispensing drugs to the patient.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review contents of referral to ensure complete and accurate information has been received
Create a patient profile from a scanned or faxed image by entering correct patient and provider
information to ensure all other groups can successful serve the patient
Conduct initial check of prescription to ensure clinical accuracy for processing
Communicate with providers regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing
information or patient concerns so that all information is collected and accurate before it reaches
other teams for furthering processing
Updating concise progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow are able to quickly
assess the status of the referral
Enter new provider information (i.e., National Provider Identifier) accurately into the system so
that the Business Intelligence group can complete their reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Current CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required; must be current, without
restrictions and in good standing
2+years pharmacy experience preferred
Prior experience working in a Pharmacy setting required
Effective communicator
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Competent in basic computer skills
Multi-task oriented
Ability to effectively work with people
Conscientious and detail oriented
Flexible and adaptable
High School Diploma required
Healthcare experience preferred
Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
Additional Details:
If they are located in Cary, NC, once fully trained they can work some from home.
If they are at DFW TX location they must work from the office.
11 to 8pm eastern standard time
Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician
This a data entry role where the certified technician is processing patients scripts all day long. They are entering in the drug, adding directions, refills, ICD-10 etc
I am looking for either Cary or DFW location to work 11 to 8pm EST. They need to be able to work from the office with some remote working in the Cary location only.
