Work Environment

As a remote team member, you will utilize a state-of-the-art HIPAA-compliant platform to conduct telehealth sessions. Our organization employs a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all insurance guidelines, including Medicaid and Medicare. This virtual setting not only ensures safety but also offers the flexibility to manage your schedule, allowing for both professional and personal balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional counseling services via telehealth to patients, utilizing video sessions to build rapport and trust.

We emphasize a holistic approach to treatment, prioritizing client empowerment and resilience. As part of our commitment to client welfare, all services provided are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to engage in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance professional skill sets.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Background in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or those with dual diagnoses.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and specialization. Alongside a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
