Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional counseling services via telehealth to patients, utilizing video sessions to build rapport and trust.
• Conduct and document individual, family, and group counseling sessions, focusing on client concerns, treatment goals, and actionable solutions.
• Utilize the EHR system to maintain accurate and confidential records of all patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to professional standards.
• Develop and implement treatment programs tailored to individual client needs, addressing a range of mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
