Work Environment

This position offers a flexible remote work environment, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a dedicated focus on their mental health needs. As a member of our community health clinic team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals—including psychologists and primary care providers—to foster an integrated approach to patient care. Some evening and weekend hours may be required to best accommodate our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your education, training, and clinical experience to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop independent diagnoses for patients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals, ensuring they feel empowered and engaged in their therapy.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused techniques, tailored to promote mental health resilience and progress.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through systematic evaluation of treatment outcomes, enabling adjustments to strategies as necessary for improved effectiveness.
• Maintain regular coordination with other clinicians and healthcare providers, emphasizing a holistic model of care that encompasses both psychological and physical health needs.
• Support the management of psychotropic medications, focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy through ongoing communication with prescribing physicians.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Tennessee is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
